Mr.R sent me this anecdote today. I thought it was funny- but true. It's in Estonian, if someone wants it translated.. make some noise or something.

Soomlane ja rootslane hakkasid vaidlema selle üle, et kumma emakeel on ilusam. Kuna nad ei suutnud kuidagi kokkuleppele saada, siis nad küsisid abi inglise filoloogilt. Filoloog palus mõlemal tõlkida oma emakeelde Percey Shelley luuletuse:

"Island, island,

Grassy island,

Grassy island's Bride."

Soomlane tõlkis esimesena ning soome keeles näeb see luuletus välja nii:

"Saari, saari,

Heinäsaari,

Heinäsaaren Morsian.

Nüüd oli rootslase kord ja tulemus on siin:

I'm awfully tired and my mood isn't any good. Luckily work is moving on pretty fast. Although when I get home I'll have to study for tomorrows Civics test- how fun. I have lived in Estonia for around two years and I don't know how this government works. Who's in the government and so on and all this makes it many times harder to learn.

I'm worried about my dog. He did something awful yesterday, when running away and I'm having trouble coping.

Mr.R came home from Sweden today and bought some things for me- haven't looked yet. Will do that when I get home.
I guess I'll be up all night studying with an energy drink in one hand and a coffee in the other. -What else it there to do?

My lunch is ending in a few minutes so I'll try to study a bit now.

I'm so over this.

What's up?

School is just starting and I've started to think about moving back to Svealand (Sweden). It's total nuts how hard it has become.

Even Mr.R asked me some days ago if we'd maybe move to Sweden. It's obvious that the "motivation-plan" they're using at his work isn't working too well.

I've been very busy lately. Next month will be a little bit easier- hopefully because then I won't be working anymore.

I realized that I keep some of my closest friends updated with my life with this blog, so I'll try to keep it up.

By the way, Mr.R went on a cruise to Stockholm yesterday and returns tomorrow. So I'm in big hope that he bought something nice to me since I wanted to go so badly myself. But I couldn't because of school and work.

I'll probably be going there next mont for a couple of days- because I need to.

I'll have to study a bit now. I'll try to be back tomorrow already.

Autumn.

Daddy is complaining that it's too hot outside. Long after the sun has gone down it's still +35°C outside.

I'm complaining that it's becoming too cold outside. The Autumn is here.

By the way, my dad is in Dubai at the moment.

Refreshment

I stole some time which was supposed to be used for cleaning to refresh the blog.

The new photo of me was taken this morning.

Yesterday I got to know that my classmate won't be coming back with me to school on Monday..! Which is horrible news, I'm still in chock and she told me yesterday. Fuck.

So I'm cleaning the house because tomorrow it's my grand mom's birthday and that's also the main reason why I'll have to get my ass into town a bit later. I'll have to buy her flowers and some new perfume she asked for. I'll also use the opportunity- while I'm in town to buy a calendar. My memory is so lousy that I'll be using a calendar to not forget. My memory is not only pissing me off, but also Mr.R. Which I totally understand, so I'm doing something to fix this!

Time to start cleaning!
